I’ve led product and engineering at scale-ups like Limehome and conichi, at SaaS companies like ProSieben and Joyn, and in high-pressure environments. Along the way I’ve built and reshaped teams, launched products, and worked toward ambitious goals.

What I’ve learned is simple: clear thinking, strong teams, and products that solve real problems make the difference. Today, my focus is on building teams and products that last.
