2. What data this site collects

No server logs are kept. No cookies are set by this site. By default, no analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting scripts run on this site. If you accept the consent banner shown on first visit, an anonymous page-view beacon is loaded (see section 3); your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so you are not asked again.

3. Third-party services

Web fonts. Fonts are served from this site's own domain (self-hosted). No third-party font service is used.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (optional, consent required). If you accept analytics in the consent banner, a small page-view beacon loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com. The beacon does not set cookies, does not use fingerprinting, and does not store cross-site identifiers. Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare (a US company) to load the beacon and is combined with a daily-rotating salt to count unique visitors; the IP is not retained by Cloudflare as a persistent identifier. The transfer to the United States is governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision (EU) 2021/914) as the appropriate safeguard under GDPR Art. 46(2)(c). Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Manage analytics" link in the footer; withdrawing immediately stops the beacon from loading on subsequent page views. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Calendly. The "Book a call" button is an outbound link to calendly.com. No data is sent to Calendly until you click the link and navigate there voluntarily. Once on calendly.com, your data is processed under Calendly's own privacy policy at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

4. Your rights under GDPR

You may exercise the following rights at any time by emailing the contact above: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), objection (Art. 21), data portability (Art. 20), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)) where consent was the legal basis.

You may file a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for this site is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

5. Changes to this policy

Updates appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The current version supersedes any prior.
