Why me
I've been a CTO, with 20+ years in software and 15+ years leading engineering teams. For the last two years I've led AI adoption across whole companies. And I code every day again, because tools like Claude and Codex made it fast enough to fit next to the leadership work.
I've been through the hard parts: fast growth, team crises, layoffs, and technical debt that slowed everything down.
